Question: what is this spot on the head of my penis, it's been there for a few month now and not sure what it is. I've been tested for std and came back clean.

I can understand your concern and have gone through image posted by you.
At first look, it does not like any kind of STDs, so you should get relaxed. There are few possibilities like warts, fordyce spot, viral infection, extra skin or normal finding . According to me, it looks like normal finding and you should not bother much about it. It is completely harmless and benign and would not give any kind of discomfort to you. But if there is any discomfort because of it, then you can contact a dermatologist and get it removed.
