Brief Answer:
Please visit hospital and get an appointment for a Thoracic Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back. There are certain conditions like Pectus Excavatum in which there is rib cage deformity. I would suggest you to visit hospital and get an appointment for a Pulmonologist of Thoracic Surgeon. Both are specialized in dealing with such conditions. either one of them will examine the rib cage and may order some imaging studies as well for correlation. Results will help to start specific treatment. Meanwhile you can take acetaminophen for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
