Brief Answer:
No neurological involvement

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your questions.
I have reviewed your MRI report .
It shows no nerve root involvement, however mild disc prolapse is present at two disc levels which is unlikely to cause any symptoms if there is no nerve root involvement.
Please tell whether you have
-pain
-tingling sensation
-neurological deficit
-urinary or bowel complains.
Please get back to me with the information so that I can explain you more clearly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Dear Doctor,

I have none of the above symptoms that you have inquired about.

Is what i have reversible ? Can i re-hydrate the joints ? what steps should i take ?

Please note as i told you that i also have scoliosis 18 degrees with non symptomatic pectus excavatum.

Is this progressive and what can i do ? i have started swimming everyday as i read on the internet that it helps.. i am an active and i used to exercise a lot .. i have no access to physiotherapy .. please assist and advise what steps should i do to advoid further progression and / or reverse it .. thanks doctor

Brief Answer:
Continue exercises, swimming and physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If the above mentioned symptoms are absent then prognosis is good.
The disc prolapse is reversible in majority of patients if taken good care. The disc dehydration is less likely to improve completely.
Avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, sitting in squatting position.
Continue regular exercises and swimming.Back extension exercises can be learned with online video or pdfs. You have to lie in prone position with abdomen towards bed and raise one leg at a time and hold for 10-15 sec and then the next leg. Repeat 5- 10 times in a sitting.
Nothing to worry about scoliosis and chest deformity in xray as it seems to be non progressive.

Brief Answer:
Get opinion of a immunologist or rheumatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Hypermobility of joints may be associated with some connective tissue disorder.
Are you investigated of vitamin D deficiency, any other medical illness.
Better if you get investigated by a immunologist or rheumatologist.
