What Does A White Patch Around The Lower Lip Indicate?

Question: Hi Sir. I have developed a white patch around my lower lip from past six months. It was small in beginning but later became big. Please let me know what this actually is?Please let me know how to cure this.
Brief Answer:
Need to take treatment for re pigmentation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed a patch with loss of pigment which can due to vitiligo or after healing of any mucosal lesions.
Since it is only the beginning,so it is easier to treat it and prevent its further spread.
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily.
In most cases, this controls the disease causing re pigmentation.
Other alternatives like topical tacrolimus or oral drugs can be used if there is less relief from cortisone alone.
Hope it helps
Please ask if you need any further clarifications
