Question: abdominal discomfort, constipation, lot of bloat, entire stomach area, heartburn, low back pain, now yellowish stools for past 4-5 days.

Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello. Thank you for the query. Back pain,upper middle or right pain and pale stools can be caused by bile ducts obstruction. You should also have dark urine and nausea with this issue. Constipation at your age should be checked with large intestine issues including colon cancer. Other possible reasons are bad diet(low fiber intake), hypothyroidism, chronic bacterial infection. I suggest you to visit your doctor and have abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver test, urine analysis. Colonoscopy is also necessary. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
