Question: My wife got pain in abdominal after iui that means after seven days it is symptoms of pregancy or not pls answer doctor

Today is the seventh day after IUI my wife have got pinching in the left ovarian in every 10minutes it is the symptoms for period or any side effect Of IUI

It can be due to hyperstimulation of ovary if she is on fertility injection.
So before giving my opinion about it I want to know whether she received fertility injection or not.
