What Does Absence Of Bleeding After Taking Deviry Indicate?

Question: Hi, I have due date for my periods is 10 may, but didnt get my periods. my doc advised me to take pregnancy test, if found negative then take deviry 10 mg 2 times for 7 days. my est came negative and i took medicine.. after taking medicine for days .. i found little bleeding.. i also take medicine for 5 day and bleeding is there but less.. should i stop taking medicine or continue for 2 more days

Is it normal to have bleeding after 4 days of taking medicine and any chances that i may be pregnant though my pregnency test is negative... and furthur continue of tablets will accrue in weekness and can i continue my aerobics during my periods.
