What Does An X-ray Showing Black Spots On Spinal Cord Indicate?
Can be gas shadows of the gut.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The black spots on the spine in the X-ray are likely to be due to gas shadows of the gut. If it is present within the body of vertebrae then it can be due to osteoporosis. The lower back pain that you have can be due to a muscular pain or mild degenerative changes in the spine like disc prolapse.
You need to show your X-rays to a radiologist or an orthopedician to find out the cause of the spots based on their appearance.
I hope this answers your query.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Cancer is a remote possibility. Abdominal gas shadows is a more common cause. You need to show the X-ray films to a radiologist to confirm. Cancer can be ruled out by whole body bone scan.
