Question: Hcg levels went from 13789 to 10379 in the space of two days what does that mean?

A decrease in HCG levels suddenly is suggestive of a threatened or an impending miscarriage. Any subchorionic bleed can also cause such a fall in HCG levels. An ultrasound scan is needed to detect the cause.
