Duphastan is considered to be safe during pregnancy. Duphaston is a synthetic progesterone is commonly prescribed to support and maintain a normal pregnancy. It is also used to prevent habitual abortion or threatened abortion. It can also prevent premature delivery associated with a short cervix.
