Question: Hello,
My friend took antibodies test and its positive.anti thyroglobulin range is 10547 1u/ml and anti microsomal antibodies range is 205 1u/ml.how serious is this and what is its treatment.
Plz help me to know the same as early as possible...

These tests indicates you have problem in your thyroid gland . The cause is autoimmunity. Means your body is attacking its own thyroid gland.
Thyroid disease can be hypothyroid that is low thyroid or hyperthyroid that is high thyroid. Treatment depends on whether its hypo or hyperthyroidism.
I advise you to get Serum TSH .T3 T4 test and revert back .
