Brief Answer:
beta hCG

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. Serum beta hCG level should double every 48 hours.

2. Unfortunately it has fallen indicating that pregnancy is not viable.

3. Please get transvaginal ultrasound scan done to check gestational sac.

4. If no sac means not viable pregnancy and discontinue medicines.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi

Chances of doubling next 48 hours are less. Anyway you can take a chance.

Ultrasound scan right now is a better option.

Brief Answer:
Don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi

This early miscarriage if happening repeatedly is generally due to some anatomical disorders in uterus or chromosomal abnormalities in fetus.

For both there is possibility of evaluation. Let me know which city you are living in. I will suggest you a good doctor accordingly.
