Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, sorry for the delay in response as i was struck in some emergency
Yes dear lonopin causes increased chances of bleeding but that risk is there inly in patients with compromised blood coagulation profiles.
In your case there no such problem and google gives the right information most of the times but it is difficult for a non medico person to apply and gauze the suitability
Better dont get scared by those facts and trust your gynaecologist.
Share your ultrasound reports so that i can advise you better

Brief Answer:
All are safe Medicines
Detailed Answer:
I have seen the attached reports and glad to inform that all is fine
The liquor is subjectively reduced which is not a significant finding at this stage.
So in my opinion if you are very anxious about this issue then get a repeat scan from other doctor.
Regarding the Medicines I have seen all are good and safe Medicines so you can continue taking them as advised.
Take rest and avoid intercourse as your placenta is low lying which is common at this gestation and will move to normal position with advancing pregnancy.
Wish you all the best and a healthy pregnancy ahead
