What Does Black Discoloration On The Ear Skin?

Question: my ear skin is getting thick black in the central exposed part. Generally my face has also pigmentation. What remedy I can use.

In such cases I usually recommend my patients to apply depigmenting cream containing kojic acid on the affected areas twice daily.
Various brands containing kojic acid are available like kojiglo cream or kojivit cream.
Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face and ears during the day time.

Trust this will work for dark skin and black pigmentation. Plus how much I need to use, can I apply as a face cream during bed time.
