Brief Answer:
Get yourself cheched for hypertension if not done yet

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
What you are having is recurrent epistaxis. There are multiple reasons for that as the blood vessels supplying front part of nose from inside are thin and can rupture in any forceful action like sneezing.
It can be due to hypertension as high blood pressure increase blood pressure in those vessels too and slight increase in pressure on them like sneezing cause them to rupture and bleed.
So i would like to advice you in this state to check your blood pressures. If they are high then start on medications that will control it and keep it under check so it will also help in reducing epistaxis episodes.
Applying ice to keep the vessels constricted is 1 way but not possible and impractical.
The way you have been adviced of cautrising the vessels is a way too and a good one to cure it forever. But checking BP first will be a safer option before undergoing the surgery.
I hope i have answered your query well. If you have any more query kindly write back to me will be happy to answer them.
Thank you
