Brief Answer:
Please consult urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptom can be caused by several issues including urinary tract infection, prostate enlargement, prostate inflammation or even some bladder tumor.
The tumor is possible if you smoke.
With an infection, you may have also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain.
Prostate enlargement can give weak urine flow.

I suggest you to consult urologist. PSA level should be checked, urine tested and transrectal examination performed at first. Cystoscopy should be considered.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
