What Does Bowed Femur In A Fetus Indicate?

Question: My daughter is 5 months pregnant and her doctor said that one of her baby's femurs is slightly bowed. Is this something we should worry about?

She had additional genetic testing for Down's syndrome and dwarfism which came back normal
