As an Urologist, I can understand your concern.
Most likely you're likely to have an infected semen. there are various causes for semen discoloration.
Common causes are prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis,etc.
You should see an Urologist, who will examine you and do a DRE(rectal examination).Then do these tests:
1. Semen analysis.
2. urine routine and culture.
3. blood routine, PSA, Creatinine, RBS and LFT.-
4. TRUS. (Trans rectal scan).
After seeing the reports, treatment can be advised.
Drink about 10-12 glasses of fluids daily.
