It sounds like gas
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. From the symptoms you have described, sounds very much like you have Acid Peptic Disorder. That is due to excessive acid production in the stomach, also a weakening of the protective coating of the stomach. This requires a healthy diet change and medications like proton pump inhibitors to control it.
Let me know if you would like to discuss this further.
I hope this helps,
Vinay

By healthy diet do you mean switching to more vegetables and fruits. Avoid oily spicy meat dishes?
Can i take proton pump inhibitors? Any brand name you suggest for that? is it available in the pharmacy stores? Can i take it with out any side effects or do you want me to consult doctor before taking it.

Brief Answer:
You are on the correct track
Detailed Answer:
Hi, your ideas on Healthy Diet are excellent, increasing fruit and vegetables in your diet should be very helpful and avoiding oils and spice will help as well. Avoiding meat is not necessarily going to help. That is your choice there. But increasing the fiber in your diet will help immensely.
As for Proton Pump inhibitors, There are many out there and they can be very helpful. I tend to prefer a medication called Omeprazole (one brand name is Omez, there are many though). I have used it for myself as well as for my patients with very good results. It has a very limited side effect profile. The main thing you have to worry about in that regard is that continued use... for years and years.. can lead to low calcium levels and osteoporosis. It is a prescription medication and you need to be seen by your primary doc before starting it.
I hope this helps,
