Brief Answer:
Details insufficient.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to health care magic.
The details provided by you are not sufficient to diagnose any condition, including myeloma.
You need test reports like protein electrophoresis, peripheral smear, bone marrow studies, b2 microglobulin and MRI of spine or/and skull.
The difference between multiple myeloma and smoldering myeloma is, delayed and asymptomatic disease pattern seen in the latter.
We can surely clear your doubt if you can provide the above details, atleast electrophoresis report.
Hope i am clear. All the best.
