I have had a history of allergies, cats for example, my whole life, and also suffer from hayfever in the summer, i live in the UK. For example right now at 14:30 I am fine, but as soon as I get up, i will spit green hprrible catarh

As you have only early morning symptoms, these are probably due to a nasal pathology. You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and use xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day for a week .
Do brush your teeth at bedtime and take steam inhalation.
Follow up with the report.
