Question: I have a dark spot on my MRI that concerns me. It shows on multiple images and it's above my crack (for lack of a better work)

Findings suggests mild degenerative changes in lumbo-sacral spine.There is loss of water from inter vertebral disc at L4-5 level.Ligamentum flavum is also mildly hypertrophied.
This is no disc prolapse,neural foramen and nerve roots are also normal.
Findings are bit early in your case but this is a manageable condition.
You have mild findings and it can be managed by physiotherapy,medicines and posture correction.
