What Does Discoloration On Penis Foreskin Indicate?

Question: Hi,
I see some sort of discoloration on three different regions on the foreskin of my penis. I don't seem to have any other issues or feeling of pain or irritation. I'm also not really sure if its a skin issue or an STD. I think I developed it about a month back after having sexual intercourse with someone. Should I be sending an image to give you a better idea? How can I identify what it is?

Is the photograph showing symptoms of any particular STD ? Where can I go for a checkup? And can you recommend me a brand of anti fungal cream or lotion to buy?

Type decided by pathology.

Hello again,
It is not possible to be sure of type of STD by looking in photographs or even, in person, if at all it is STD.
As that can only be decided by a pathology report.
Go to pathology laboratory for the test.
You can apply Miconazole preparation locally,till the reports.
