Brief Answer:
THIS IS HER NORMAL PERIOD
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
NO this is not her withdrawal bleed.
This is most likely her normal period.
THe I pill has this side effect of preponing or postponing normally expected periods by a week or more, so 4 days early period is a side effect of taking the I pill, but it is still her normal period.
THe I pill also affects amount and type of bleeding, so that is fine.
To be sure that there is no risk of pregnancy, just take a pregnancy test once her period ends.
In future, always use regular contraception.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
AS BELOW
Detailed Answer:
See, I used the word, ' mostly ', that ' most probably ' this is her normal period.
Since you asked me how can you be absolutely sure that this is her normal period, the answer is simple - with a pregnancy test.
Hope you now understand.
