What Does Ejection Fraction Of 20 % In A 60 Year Old Indicate?
Recovery is an ongoing process .Continue medication n lifestyle modificatio
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern .
Whether the heart pump will completely normalise depends on the the severity of the heart attack and how early the blood supply wa established .
However I would like to assure you that the recovery you have had is excellent and even with present EF if you train your heart , continue medication and continue lifestyle modifications. It would not be a problem at all for a fruitful life .
I would suggest that you may consider adding a small dose of beta blocker to the two medications you are taking for complete benefit. The same has to be considered only under the supervision of your doctor .
Let me know if any clarification is needed

Continue medications. Do upload the ECG and Echocardiography
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir ,
The treatment you are on is optimum for your heart. So do continue the same .
Metolar is the beta blocker I was suggesting .
About Cag . was it done when the lvef was first time detected as 20 % and do upload the Echocardiography and ECG so I can objectively say whether you need an CAG now .
Lastly do you have any symptoms.
