Brief Answer:
Need to reduce smoking and alcohol

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Your sgot is normal. But sgpt and other parameters are on higher side.

The reason for this is drinking alcohol and smoking. Both these cause liver damage and increase sgpt and also cholesterol and triglycerides level.

I would suggest you to stop smoking and alcohol completely for one month and repeat the test. If levels are reduced then reduce drinking and smoking as much as possible.

If cholesterol levels don't reduce then you may need to start drugs like atorvastatin.

Also in diet reduce intake of junk and fatty foods.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.

you may start

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

You may start liver protective drugs like liv 52 which are not harmful and help in liver function. If after one month your sgpt value come down then you may stop taking drugs.

Consult your doctor and discuss about using liv 52 .
