Question: I am 4 weeks pregnant confirmed home pregnancy test . went to docs she said I have a faint positive. I have one healthy boy 3 in march and had a miscarriage in aug 11 th to be exact . does faint positive indicate another miscarriage.

It means you are likely to be pregnant.. But to confirm this you need to get hcg blood test.. Hcg greater than 25 indicate positive pregnancy test..

To say it is miscarriage,hcg level should fall when repeated after 48 hrs.. Without that by faint line,miscarriage cannot be confirmed..
