Brief Answer:
It seems like you have urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

I read your notes. From your notes it seems like you have urinary tract infection. Do you have burning or pain while passing urine? Do you have vaginal discharge?
There is increased frequency of urination in early pregnancy also. But it does not occur to this extent (not every15-20 minutes). This sensation of incomplete emptying of bladder that you are experiencing does not occur in pregnancy.
Since you are having unprotected sex, chlamydia infection also needs to be considered. Visit your GP. After examining you the doctor will ask for urine culture sensitivity test to find out the organism causing infection and treat accordingly. It is good to be investigated for sexually transmitted diseases too.

Since you are having unprotected sex, there is a possibility of pregnancy occurring. If you miss your periods, get a pregnancy test done
I advise you to use barrier methods of contraception like condom to protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases.
