Brief Answer:
Suggestive of urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for your beloved wife and sorry to know about her present problem of frequent urination particularly at night.

Based on the history given, she seems to be suffering from urinary tract infection apparently due to her uncontrolled blood sugar (high post meal blood glucose of 235 mg/dL).

She needs to consult her treating physician for further evaluation including certain lab tests such as urine analysis & its culture and sensitivity an abdominal ultrasound scan to rule out other conditions and also to adjust the dose of her medicines to control her blood glucose levels within their normal ranges.

Hope the advice given above would be useful to her.
Should you have any clarification, please feel free to ask.

Best regards.
