I'm specifically asking about regular secretions/fluid in the stomach between feeds. I was told that there should be nothing. What is the actual answer? I consider residual undigested food. But should there be at least some secretions?

There can be a small amount of residual undigested food, but that too should not last for long and should soon pass.
As for gastric secretions, unless there have been any specific surgeries to block mechanisms that cause the secretions, there should normally be secretions ma'am, and yes they will be minimal in quantity unless there are conditions like hypersecretion of acid, etc.
