Brief Answer:
You need diet and life style changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your reports in detail.
You have borderline raised fasting blood sugar level and mildly raised glycosylated hemoglobin. It can be managed by diet and life style changes. At present, you don't need anti-diabetic drugs. You are in pre-diabetes stage.
You need regular follow up for blood sugar level.

Your SGPT and SGOT is also raised.
Increased SGPT indicates liver injury. It may be due to alcohol intake for long time.
SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

First, you need ultrasound of abdomen. I would also start you on tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months more. It will help in regeneration of liver cells.

You should avoid fried and junk food .
Increase fibre intake.Take fruits and vegetables.
It is good that that you have quit alcohol and cigarettes.
Increase your physical activity in the form of exercise.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.
You should avoid saturated fat.

Vitamin B12 level is also decreased. As you are vegetarian, you can take milk and milk products like cheese, Yogurt etc other wise non vegetarian food is very good source of vitamin B 12.You should also take vitamin B complex capsule once daily.

Other findings like mildly raised hemoglobin are not alarmingly raised and it doesn't require any treatment.
Increased eosinophil may be related to allergy.

TSH level is also mildly raised.Requirement of thyroid supplementation depend upon clinical assessment.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
