I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
First of all it will be useful if you upload to me your urine test result in order to give you a professional opinion for your complains.

Normally the amount of sugar (glucose) in urine is too low to be detected.
This is because all sugar that is filtrated in renal glomeruli is reabsorbed in renal tubules.When the level of glucose in blood is too high it exceeds the kidneys ability to reabsorbed sugar and this extra amount ends in urine.

Any detection of sugar on urine test usually calls for follow-up testing for diabetes.

I suggest you to do a blood sugar test(a fasting glucose test or a random glucose test).

Considering the back pain you might have an urinary infection but in order to say that I have to see your urine test result.
