Hello,
thanks for the query

A heavy mixed respiratory flora refers to the presence of multiple germs in your respiratory tract.
This could be explained by the fact that you havehad two conditions that decrease the immune system which are
-the radiation and
-cancer.
The fact that you have greatly loss weight is also a cause of reduced immune system. The immune system fights against infections and cancers but when it is weakened, pathogens grow at will thus causing trouble.

This state in which you are a serious one and has to be treated with intensive care, absolute hygiene and respect of clinical asepsis. Your room should be clean, dresses washed, your feeding tubes changed regularly and of course antibiotics would be indicated to control infections and for prophylaxis.

Most importantly, you need to be strong because you need a stable psychological mind to recover fast.

Hope this answers your query. If you have further query, i will be glad to help.
Best regards
