I already knew I had non alcoholic fatty liver and the suggestion was to lose weight.
So another words I have fatty liver and no cancer, correct?
I don't understand why he phrased it that way unless his sole purpose was to look for cancer. It was an abdominal scan which includes what?
I basically know i don't have cancer, the reason for me to have the scan was to determine the extent of the fatty liver and how it might affect me.
So no, I would like a more complete answer, thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I think that previous reports would have had a mass like thing and so this has been clarified now. I could answer better if I know what was there in previous reports which led to order MRI.
Take Care!
