fatty liver
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic!
Your report means that you have fatty liver without a concerning mass to suggest Hepatocellular Carcinoma. However, results should be interpreted keeping in mind the physical examination findings.
Fatty Liver occurs due to excessive consumption of alcohol and is usually reversible if the cause is controlled very well.
Hope I have answered your query. If you are satisfied, you may now close the discussion and rate the answer.

I already knew I had non alcoholic fatty liver and the suggestion was to lose weight.
So another words I have fatty liver and no cancer, correct?
I don't understand why he phrased it that way unless his sole purpose was to look for cancer. It was an abdominal scan which includes what?
I basically know i don't have cancer, the reason for me to have the scan was to determine the extent of the fatty liver and how it might affect me.
So no, I would like a more complete answer, thanks.

                                    Brief Answer:
previous reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I think that previous reports would have had a mass like thing and so this has been clarified now. I could answer better if I know what was there in previous reports which led to order MRI.
Take Care!
