What Does High INR Value Despite Having Acitrom Indicate?

Question: I have stroke 2 months earlier
Now i m taking acitrom 1mg and 2mg alternatively and ecosprin 75mg too.
I had a pt inr test yesterday and the resulted inr is 6.39
Last two inr was 2.29 and 2.59 respectively..
Wat should i do now.....?
I cant consult my doc. As it is sunday.
