What Does Increased Monocyte Count When Diagnosed With SLE Indicate?
Question: I have my Lab report I have SLE Lupus for 15 year, Monocytes (absolute) I in my 60 female. I
have High 1.0 monocytes. Good Or Bad I also other on report.

I understand your concern.
Increased monocyte count occurs in several chronic conditions and SLE is one of them. It in not due to infectious mononucleosis, if that is your concern. It doesn't require to be treated.
You also have mild elevation of eosinophil and basophil and lymphocyte counts. Your neutrophil count is normal and that is good. In SLE, your neutrophil count can go down making you more susceptible for infections.
You serum creatinine is mildly elevated. This is related to slight decline in kidney function.
This has to be watched as it's one of the complications of SLE
