Brief Answer:
Low NEUT means Neutropenia and high LYMPH means lymphocytosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

White blood cells( like neutrophilla and lymphocytes) differential count in Complete blood count is highly sensitive test to detect infection but it lacks specificity.

Here, low NEUT means low neutrophills known as neutropenia.
Neutropenia might go undetected, but it can be discovered when a patient has developed severe infections or sepsis.

Here i have mentioned some causes of neutropenia like,
alcoholism or chronic alcohol use,
aplastic anemia,
chronic idiopathic neutropenia in adults,
Drugs induced like antibiotics and diuretics,
Hepatitis,
HIV/AIDS,
Hyperthyroidism (over-active thyroid),
Lyme disease,Malaria,
and some autoimmune disorders.

High LYMPH means high lymphocytes known as lymphocytosis which might be indicative of some sort of infection in the body like,
acute viral infections(glandular fever,hepatitis,Cytomegalovirus infection),
acute infections such as pertussis,
some protozoal infections, like (toxoplasmosis Chagas disease),
chronic bacterial infections (tuberculosis or brucellosis),
lymphoma.

As i said earlier it lacks specificity so you will have to consult physician for clinical symptoms and other relevant investigation for diagnosis.

Thanks and Regards,
Dr.Sandipkabra
