Question: I had a cbc with differential. What is the neutro auto and lymph auto. What does low neutron and high lymph mean?

Auto are the values that the counter/maschine brings out, and those can be in % and in absolute values.
If the neutrophils are low and lymphocytes are high that is indicative of a viral infection. If you have has a common cold lately, or been in contact with people who have had it, then those values may be from it.
