Brief Answer:
You have infection and needs treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!
Your semen analysis showed very few sperm cells about less than 100 sperm total. The wbc or the pus cells in your semen are very numerous which would indicate an infection. For my patients i give them Ciprofloxacin for 2 weeks then repeat the semen analysis after a month with 3-5 days of sexual abstinence. You may need to see a doctor since antibiotics requires a prescription.
Your infection may be the reason why you have very few sperm in your semen although other etiologies should be ruled out like testicular failure and hormonal abnormalities by blood exams and a complete physical examination.
