This is the only area where the bumps are. No itching or anything. Just there
Brief Answer:
To me it appears to be Molluscum contagiosum
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
I have gone through the image and the character of bump is like lesions of molluscum contagiosum.
The molluscum contagiosum is cause by a virus and it is common in pubic area. The lesions typically look like pink flesh with central umbilication just as in your case.
The good news is that it is not a serious condition has an excellent prognosis, self limited in nature and heals over a period of time without any treatment. Cauterisation or cryotherapy can be done to get rid of these lesions.
I would suggest you to avoid scratching as this may cause secondary infection and it may spread to other area(it has a property of autoinoculation).
I hope this answers your query

Thank you for the response. Any over the counter medications you recommend?
Brief Answer:
No need of any medication
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up
There is no need of treatment as it is a self limiting condition. There are some creams like imiquimod and podophyllotoxin which can be used but the exact efficacy is not known.Beside this there may be side effects like itching, burning or redness.Cryotherapy or cauterisation can be done to remove the lesions.
I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and discuss the mode of treatment with him.
