Hello XXXX
Mild bilateral renal pelvicalyceal fullness means that there was a little dilatation of pelvis and calyx region of both kidneys( region of kidney which collects urine). It is not a serious finding. It may be due to many reasons like calculus, reflux, normal variation etc.
It is important to know your clinical findings and reasons for investigations.
Followup USG is required to assess its progression or resolution.
If dilatation becomes more pronounced then you should consult urologist. You may require further investigations.
