Question: My doctor is referring me to blood doctor because of my blood test. See attachment. My platelets also have been between 417,000 to 478,000 in last three years which i have tested. Any secon opinions. Do i need to worry, what is the cause? Thank you.

Do you happen to have a full copy of the complete blood count. would like to review the additional data therein.
I don't see an obvious disorder here but this does need to be followed. You have mild elevation of lymphocyte and neutrophil count which an sometimes indicate a hematological issue.
If the WBC count remains elevated a hematologist may request a flow cytometry study to see if there are any abnormal circulating blood cells.
Your doctor might also request a mutation analysis to screen for some mutations which can trigger abnormal blood counts.
