Brief Answer:
Don't worry, the doctors will find the way to elininate your galactorrhea.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Persistent or intermittent milky nipple discharge from one or both breasts is a sign called galactorhea.Galactorrhea often results from too much prolactin — the hormone responsible for milk production (lactation).

In males, galactorrhea may be associated with testosterone deficiency (male hypogonadism) and usually occurs with breast enlargement or tenderness (gynecomastia), erectile dysfunction and a lack of sexual desire.

Possible causes of galactorrhea include:
-Medications, such as certain sedatives, antidepressants, antipsychotics and high blood pressure drugs
-Cocaine, marijuana or opioid use
-Herbal supplements, such as fennel or fenugreek seed
-Birth control pills
-Noncancerous pituitary tumor (prolactinoma) or other disorder of the pituitary gland
-Hypothyroidism
-Chronic kidney disease
-Nerve damage to the chest wall from chest surgery, burns or other chest injuries
-Spinal cord surgery, injury or tumors
-idiopathic galactorrhea(doctors can't find a cause)

Sometimes it is very difficult to find the right cause of galactorrhea.
My advice is to consult an endocrinologist for the necessary tests and investigations to detect the right diagnose and to find the right treatement accordingly.

I didn't understand why you start eating fruits and exercise. I can suppose that maybe you are obese and this condition can produce galactorrhea.(let me know if i am wrong. )

Anyway, don't panic because even if doctors can't determine an exact cause of galactorrhea, you might be given a medication to block the effects of prolactin or to lower the amount of prolactin in your body. Reducing the prolactin level in your body may eliminate galactorrhea.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
The tests and the consult with an endocrinologist are very important.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

It is very important that a doctor could evaluate the fluid that seeps out of the nipple of your breast.
Nipple discharge in a man under any circumstances could be a problem and needs further evaluation.

A nipple discharge may look milky, or it may be clear, yellow, green, brown or bloody.
Nonmilk discharge comes out of your breasts through the same nipple openings that carry milk. The consistency of nipple discharge can vary — it may be thick and sticky or thin and watery.

You must excplain to your doctor all the evolution of the characteristics of your nipple discharge because this elements are important for the necessary hormonal tests and the differential diagnose.

Last think:The dream to have sex with a girl it absolutely normal and this, in my opinion, has nothink to do with your nipple discharhe.

Hope my information is helpful for you.
Best regards.
