Hi,
Thanks for writing to us about it.
I can understand your concern.
Congratulations on your pregnancy.
If beta hcg level is >5 it is considered that you are pregnant but your hcg levels are very low.
Normal hcg level during 3 rd week is 5- 50mIU/ ml and during 4th week is 5- 426mIU/ml.
Hormone levels double in every 24 hrs.
Gestofit tab is hormone progesterone and it is used in early pregnancy to support the pregnancy.

still i have to check for urine pregnancy test to confirm madam . can i go for scan 40 day is ok. .today for me 32 days which date go for scan .confirmed for pregagnancy .
Brief Answer:
No there is no need of urine pregnancy test.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to see you again.
There is no need of urine pregnancy test because blood test is more confirmative test for pregnancy.
Pregnancy can be detected as early as 5-6 weeks through ultrasound.
Sometimes gestational sac is not visualize, if hcg level is less than 1100.
So repeat ultrasound required after 2 weeks.
As your hcg levels are low go for ultrasound around 6-7 weeks ( 42-47 days), if gestational sac is not visualize, go for repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks.
Transvaginal ultrasound ( TVS) is more useful in your case.
Hope it is useful.

Brief Answer:
Repeat your beta hcg level.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for my delay in response.
As your hcg level within range, but towards lower side, I would advise you to repeat the hcg test and ultrasound as early as 5-6 weeks to find out the cause.
Low hcg level can be due to blighted ovum, early miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy.
If hcg levels rises slowly but within a normal range according to gestation there is no need to worry about it.
Urine tests can be falsely negative also, so repeat beta hcg is required in your instance.
On that point is no clinically proven method to increase beta hcg level only some injection and over the counter medicines available which may increase hcg level.
Use during pregnancy only depends upon your doctor advise.
Hope it is useful.
Revert back to me with your report.
Regards
