What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?
No need to worry for malignant nodule.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern. I have gone through the report you have attached.
Your nodules are unchanged for over 24 months.
So these nodules are benign only.
No need to worry for malignant nodules.
So if you are nonsmoker and not having any symptoms then no follow ups are needed.
These are benign only.
But if you are smoker and having symptoms then you need to quit smoking and get done repeat CT after 1 year.
So please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Do you have any symptoms?

This is what an old report said:
There is 7 mm subpleural calcified nodule in the lateral segment of the right lower lobe (image 48, series 3). There is 8 mm non calcified subpleural nodule in the lateral segment of the left lower lobe
There is slight difference in the measurement but my pulmonolgist said it could have been the CT machine or the person reading it. But the new Abdominal CT showed them and the radiologist read it and its around the same size.

You are having calcified nodule.
And calcification is marker of benign disease.
It is commonly present in previous lung infection or chemical or other noxious particle inhalation.
So please let me know
1. Where do you work?
2. Do you have any past history of lung infection like pneumonia or pleural effusion or tuberculosis?3. Do you have chronic chemical exposure?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
So in my opinion, you are not requiring further follow up with CT scan if you remain asymptomatic because your nodules are not malignant.
In future if you have chest symptoms then we need to look at a fresh CT scan at that time to compare the size of nodule.
But at present, relax about these nodules on CT. They are not malignant.
