Hi xxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being on Health Care Magic
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, Neurologist, here to answer your query.
I have gone through the CT brain report which mentions a subacute subdural hematoma, with significant mid-line shift and transtentorial herniation.
This should be urgently consulted with a neurosurgeon physically. Your uncle needs an urgent surgery.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to be have you in follow-up.

what is the reason of such condition
Brief Answer:
Increased pressure inside the brain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Subdural hematoma, has caused increased pressure inside the brain due to its mass effect. This needs to be operated as this may damage crucial structures inside the brain.
NIMHANS is fine but the problem you may face is 'waiting period' for surgery, as it is a big government hospital. However, you may consider a good private neurosurgeon in the city, if affordability is not an issue for you. That may help in getting urgent treatment. You may try at NIMHANS first, to get the actual idea.
Hope that helps.
