Question: A recent head CT report stated, "Bone windows show no fracture or asymmetric soft tissue swelling. Soft tissue density nearly completely fills the right mastoid air cells. The visualized paranasal sinuses and left mastoid air cells are aerated.

IMPRESSION:
1. Normal CT appearance of the brain.

Brief Answer:
Your findings may suggest infection in right mastoid bone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings may suggest infection in right mastoid bone(bony structure present behind the ear).It is generally bacterial in nature and may be related to middle ear infection(mastoid bones are connected to middle ear).
In chronic infection of mastoid bone, there are loss of normal air cells in mastoid bone.
Its treatment if both conservative and surgery.
You may need antibiotics, ear drop etc.
In non responsive/complicated cases, surgery is advised.
You need proper evaluation by a ENT specialist.

However, other findings like left mastoid bone and visualized para nasal sinuses(air filled structures in face) and brain parenchyma are normal.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
