Brief Answer:
Not significant if asymptomatic.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
The finding of Cerebellar volume loss is of significance, if a person has any symptoms pertaining to gait, walk, movements. However, in your CT report, there is relative volume loss and that is not significant, if asymptomatic.
Gross Volume loss is associated with cerebellar degeneration where in it is a process in which neurons in the cerebellum deteriorate and die, which can result from inherited genetic mutations, aging, and from other associated neurological diseases.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Unrelated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend , Your headache doesn't seem to be related to the CT scan findings.
I would recommend in such case that you need evaluation for Migraine or tension headaches, that are the most common form of headaches.
Following details I need to know:
1. Your headache is on one side of head or both?
2. Any band like sensation over the head?
3. Any throbbing or vomitings associated?
4. How is your sleep?
Revert with the asked details for a better help.

Brief Answer:
Migraine

Detailed Answer:
You seem to be suffering from Migraine Headaches, and so should be started on medicines for the prophylaxis of migraine.
If you are on Migraine prophylaxis, slowly, your severity and frequency of attacks would reduce and a time will come, when you will have almost no attacks.
For Migraine prophylaxis drugs like Flunarizine, Propanolol, Amitryptilline are used.
