Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for writing to us. I understand your concern. I have reviewed attached image.
Pelvic pain and painful intercourse are related with endometriosis. It should be treated to some extent or as much as possible. There is NO permanent cure for endometriosis. However, symptomatic treatment can be done to get relief from this type of pain.
Treatment mostly includes hormonal supplements and laparoscopy. Pain killer should be taken (preferably Non-Steroid Anti-inflammatory drugs) to reduce pelvic or vaginal pain. If problem is persistent, you should consult with Sexologist or gynecologist for proper treatment.
Following steps to be done for easy and smooth sexual intercourse:
1) Next time, you must indulge in lots of foreplay to arouse yourself in top level to increase your vaginal lubrication before penetration. Vaginal pH gel can be used.
2) You would be in more relaxed state and both of you will create a romantic environment so that you can focus and enjoy your sex. Keep talking and try to avoid stress or fear of pain.
3) You should use artificial lubrication or water-based lube (like KY Jelly etc) in your vagina for easier penetration. Make it a part of preplay by having he lube you, then return the favor and apply it on condom-covered erected penis right before he enters.
4) It's important that you must communicate to him what feels good and what doesn't. You can let him know what you need by saying like a little slower or harder or just like that and so on.
5) Also, you can try a woman-on-top position, which will put you in control of the depth and rhythm. Once you get used to the ins and outs of sex, it should be a lot more comfortable and fun. Maintain genital hygiene properly.

Laparoscopy report is quite perfect.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for follow up query.
I have reviewed your laparoscopy report and it is done perfectly. At present, your latest ultrasound report is quite good except cervical factor.
Now, you should consult with Gynecologic Oncologist for evaluation of cervical dysplasia. Do next follow-up examination and undergo necessary treatment. It will be more worthwhile and required to improve chance of pregnancy.
For sexual related issue, you can consult with sexologist if above steps DON'T improve your sex life.
Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and take care.
Regards,
Need periodic monitoring.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for follow up queries.
1) Cervical dysplasia is a precancerous condition, in which abnormal cell growth occurs on the surface of the cervix or endocervical canal, the opening between the uterus and the vagina. It is also called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).
However, it is very MILD degree due to presence of transient HPV cytopathic effect. It also has squamous metaplasia. I suggest to make follow-up visit at periodic interval (1 year), repeat Pap smear or Colposcopy and check for cellular changes.
2) At this stage, strategy is wait and watch along with periodic monitoring. No treatment is required as in XXXXXXX cases, it could go away or resolves on its own and RARELY it could develop into cancer. In severe cases, Cryosurgery, LEEP or laser ablation may be needed as surgical treatment.
3) Intramural fibroid or adenomyosis and estrogen dominance are underlying causes of enlarged uterus.
Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and take care.
