Brief Answer:
You need to upload the ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Here, I will decode the meaning of report you have mentioned, but I think this is report which is interpreted by machine. This report is partial and most of the times it is inaccurate, don't make your mind with this report. My sincere advice to upload the ecg as it is.
First thing is sinus rhythm, which means heart is beating regularly and rhythm is originating from the sinus node, which is normal phenomenon.
Secondly, LVH, this means left ventricular hypertrophy, which means there is thickening of the left ventricle which is normally seeing in athlete, heavy worers, in patients with high blood pressure. This may be normal or abnormal, depending upon whether you are heavy worker or you are having high blood pressure. So get once blood pressure checked. Have low salt diet and regular exercises.
Next thing, they have mentioned the changes which usually follows hypertrophy and changes consistent with heart attack. However, if you have history of acute chest pain, then you can consider the possibility of heart attack, otherwise I think this is the false interpretation.
so in a nutshell, you need to get your blood pressure checked, and if you have acute chest pain rush to hospital for further test, if not then it's probably not significant. Lastly I would suggest to get ecg reviewed from local doctor or upload it here. Reply if you have any doubts.
